Our 2023 Public Health Nursing Conference will be held November 2 and 3, 2023, at The Hancock Hotel.

The group rate is $129.00 + tax. Use the instructions below to book your room. You will need a credit card to hold your reservation.

- Click “Book Now” in the right-hand corner of your screen
- Fill in your Check-In & Check-Out Date, number of rooms, adults, and children and click “Check Availability.”
- Where it says “Have a Promo or Group Code? Enter it now” Click on “Enter it now” and place the code “202311OHIOP” in the ‘Group Code’ box and hit ‘Update’ the discounted rates will then be listed.

Special Event!
"World of Downtown Restaurants Tour"
Thursday, November 2, 2023, 5-9 pm.
If you wish to purchase a ticket to "World of Restaurants Tour" @ $30.00 per ticket (plus a $2.00 processing fee) you must do this separately from your Conference Registration. You can do this by clicking the link below.
This event (a benefit for the United Way of Hancock County) includes a tasting of food at about 12 different restaurants (all within walking distance of the hotel). The event runs from 5:00 – 9:00 pm on Thursday, November 2nd. Tickets for this event must be purchased separately online at NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 4, 2023, TO GUARANTEE A TICKET. OPHA will distribute the tickets at the conference. Proceeds from the sale of passports will go toward United Way-supported programs working to fight hunger in Hancock County.
