We need to add your voice to our Voice! Come – join us in being the Voice of Public Health in Ohio! We have two types of membership:
- Individual Memberships are available for working professionals, students, retirees and others. Individual members receive the weekly e-newsletter and are eligible to vote in OPHA elections. You may also serve on committees and run for offices within sections or the OPHA as a whole. Individual members receive discounts for OPHA-sponsored conferences and webinars.
- Organizational members include local health departments, hospitals, universities, non-profit organizations, and others. Organizational members identify a “point of contact” who receives the e-newsletter and can then share it with staff. Organizational member dues are based on the number of employees in the organization. Organizational members get one vote in elections. You’ll receive a certificate of organizational membership, which some use to document their participation for accreditation purposes. All employees of an organizational member are eligible to receive a 10% discount on OPHA-sponsored conferences, whether they are also individual members or not. Individual members who work for an organizational member get the 10% discount on top of their existing “member discount.”
